They agree, for a price, to take care of Angela, Gina, Johnny and Gordy - Camp Anaconda is born. Cue Mark and Derek who need money to buy hockey equipment. Now, there's nothing more boring then a week with Connie, so an alternative is desperately needed. Angela's friends are stuck with the same fate. Will Angela be able to calm her friend before he shrivels away? Or is Gordy destined to live in a plastic bubble forever?īill and Geneva will be away during Spring Break and plan on sending Angela to Connie Brinks' Biology Camp. Soon Gordy has no other alternative but to sit in a bathtub all day. Angela tries to help but everything she tries backfires. Even inanimate objects such as books and food have parasites.
Then Gordy learns that it's just not other people's germs that he has to fear. He wears protective gloves and masks and keeps his distance from his friends lest their parasites find their way onto him. This revelation offers little comfort and sends Gordy into a state of panic. Everyone has microscopic bugs all over their body. Gordy gets more then a glimpse of an enlarged eyelash: he also spots a bug! Angela tries to calm his frazzled nerves by revealing that the bug on his eyelash is harmless. Despite Gordy's lack of enthusiasm, Angela manages to convince him to look at his eyelash under the lens. But this? At least Spongebob was intresting, and least Powerpuff 2016 was watchable. The moral is never be nice to anyone, because being an okay human being is too hard. But if the writers did that, we would see a character flaw in Angela. You could, I don't know, just not call her names? You don't have to be friends with her. So Angela steals someone else's lunch (which isn't funny or nice,) and gives it to Nannette Mannoir. The writers want me to feel bad for Angela for having to be a decent person. Just to prove my point, in the next scene, Nannette makes fun of the weight of the nerd girl. You know, common decency? Something that Angela Lacks? I don't feel bad for her, and I don't feel like they want me to hate her. And it looks bad.Īngela decides that the only way to be touched by an angel is to be nice to Nannette Mannoir. They just put a compressed picture of a water splash over the picture. There's an animation error while she's washing her hands. She talks to the religious stereotype some more and proclaims that she needs a guardian angel.
We see another filler montage of bad things happening to Angela. Your learning about stalagmites in class, you know how these physics work. The spitball falls, and the religious woman proclaims it's a sign from above. She is a bad example to set to the three year olds that watch this unironically. This is person they named the show after. I do not know why, but it is getting on my nerves.Īngela is now making fun of the Christian girl.
One last thing I notice about our protagonist. Considering the plot hasn't even started yet, that's a sight to behold indeed. Angela insults her, and I already hate all the characters. One thing I remember this show is mean spirited. Nannette starts talking, and everyone growls at her. You know it's bad when they have to bite for time in a eleven minute episode. We have a family guy style cut away about a spitball. This is uncomfortable to watch already, and I'm thirty six seconds in. The episode starts off with the teacher, who is. Our theme song shows Angela insulting and assaulting Nannette Manoir.
